Wildcat Weekly for 9/11/09

Arriving at School
Students do not need to be at school any earlier than 7:50 AM. Arriving earlier may cause them to have to wait outside.

Special Olympics in RSU#19
Through the generosity of a 21st Century Grant, RSU#19 will be offering Special Olympics – winter/summer games. The Winter Games consist of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and the Summer Games consist of bowling, bocce, and athletic events. Any special needs student is eligible to apply, however, only 40 students will be able to participate. IF INTERESTED – attend the Pare Informational Meeting on Thursday, September 24th, from 6:00-7:00 PM at Nokomis Regional High School.
School Pictures
Lifetouch will be here September 29 for school pictures. Order forms will be sent home with the students before picture day.
Field Hockey/Soccer/Football
Congratulations to the field hockey team for their win over PCMS Wednesday. They face Central at home today. Congratulations also to the girls soccer team for their win over Dexter. The boys game ended in a tie. The football team lost a hard fought game against Rockland and will play at Bangor next Tuesday and at China next ThurProxy-Connection: keep-alive

ay. The field hockey team will play under the lights at Brewer next Monday night at 6:00 p.m. and home against Sedomocha Wednesday. The soccer teams will play at Sedomocha on Tuesday. The girls B soccer team (only) will play Dexter at home next Friday.

Wed—Shepards Pie
Thur—Cheeseburger
Fri—Pizza.
Peanut butter and jelly are a second choice each day.
