Along with your report cards, will be a form from the School Nurse, the Annual Health Report for 2008-2009. That needs to be filled out and returned as soon as possible.

Rather, at the end of each ranking quarter, students who did not complete all their work for the quarter, will be staying after school from 2:30 to 5:00 PM to make it up. Parents will be notified if their child needs to stay, and transportation will be provided.

The first quarter make-up week will be November 17 thru 21.

From the Desk of the School Nurse

Attached to your child’s report card will be an Annual Health Report for 2008-09. Parents are asked to fill out the form and return it to school as soon as possible. The information you provide will help the nurse meet any health needs your child may have during the school year.
